After your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive (varies by location). (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
To arrange for a return, email our Customer Service department for an authorization number at info@LizNHealth.com. The following conditions must be complied with: · All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return. · Merchandise must be returned in its original unopened container, unmarked, and properly packaged. · Any opened packages or used products are not returnable. · Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. Any returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a restocking fee. · Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). · Shipping charges will apply on all returns.
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible.
